Pluryal contains hyaluronic acid which moisturizes the skin, restores its internal environment and helps maintain natural functions in the skin and hair. Vitamins and inorganic salts improve microcirculation, cellular respiration, and nutrient exchange. It also contains amino acids which are the building blocks for synthesis of protein structures inside existing cells, as well as for creation of new cells. DMAE also stimulates the activity of fibroblasts and myofibroblasts, promoting growth of hair.

The added power allows faster injection as well as a faster needle movement. The Mesogun also has an innovative feature called needle syringe separation which is a process where only the needle and syringe move as one unit. This provides added stability and less vibration while injecting.
